HUANA Split spherical roller bearing's inner ring, outer ring, and roller & cage assemblies are split into halves, then bolted together onto the shaft during installation. It's suitable for applications with low speed, heavy load, or big impact force. The split bearing design simplifies installation and replacement procedures, which can reduce downtime and save cost. Although the components are not integrated, split spherical roller bearings have comparable loading capacity to common spherical roller bearing with solid structure.

Mounting 
Split spherical roller bearings must be clamped onto a clean and uniform shaft that is properly lubricated and within the specified tolerance limits. Besides, the split bearings components are not interchangeable, so must be matched according to the markings on the rings during installation. 
1. Place housing base lower half into position, then support the shaft. 
2. Fit the inner race at the correct position on the shaft, then screw the clamping rings. 
3. Assemble the lower outer raceway half into the housing, then the roller and cage assembly around the inner race, then coat them with proper grease. 
4. Fit the upper outer ring half 
5. Secure housing cover
