RV Reducer Crankshaft Bearing
RV reducer has the advantages of large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, small backlash, low vibration, high accuracy and high rigidity . It's normally applied for robots, welding displacement table, CNC machine tools, precision radar drive control and other precision transmission industries which require large speed ratio while the mounting space is limited.
Qualified RV reducer bearings should provide high positioning accuracy, high loading capacity and high stiffness. There are mainly four types of RV reducer bearing:
1.Thin-section angular contact ball bearings. As the main bearing of the reducer, it has a large contact angle, usually 40°~ 50°.
2. Thin-section deep groove ball bearings are mainly used for the output part of the reducer, with the feature of high precision and stable output.
3. Thin-section tapered roller bearings, including the crankshaft bearing and main bearing. Thin section crankshaft bearings are usually small and placed on both sides of the crank; thin-wall tapered roller bearings are used as the main bearings of RV reducer, similar to angular contact ball bearings.
4. Needle roller and cage assembly. This type of bearing has neither inner nor outer rings. It is placed in the middle of the crank to support the crank cycloid wheel.

Characteristics Of Bearing Steel For RV Reducer Crankshaft Bearing

* During processing, bearing parts will go through cold and hot working, so bearing steel should have good processability.

Mounting
1.Before installation, please clean bearing bracket, shaft, or other components, make sure there is no burrs or rough edge.
2.Install the tapered roller bearing to the crank shaft, then install the locking clip.
