Deep groove ball bearings
Deep groove ball bearings are widely used in many industries. It mainly bears radial load and small axial load. Usually the material of the ring and ball is GCr15 (similar as AISI52100) chrome steel、AISI440c stainless steel or 20# (similar as AISI1020) carbon steel. For carbon steel bearings, after chemical carburization treatment, with a treated depth of 0.50~0.90mm, the surface hardness of the ring is about HRC58-61, while the cage is made of brass band (H62)、refined steel band (SPCC BQB402)、0.8F cold rolling steel band、stainless steel band AISI302、enhanced engineering plastics or phenol aldehyde. Shield is made of steel band (SPCC, ICr18Ni9) or cold rolling steel band. Seal is usually made of nitrile rubber, while fluorocarbon, silicone and teflon seals are commonly specified for high temperatures.
